NO. Walk-ins and drop-offs are always welcome 24/7/365. Calling ahead for walk-in service is highly recommended regardless of the time of day as appointments and emergency cases after appointment hours take priority over annual wellness needs and you may want to get an anticipated wait time from our front desk staff before you arrive. Should your pet have a medical need rather than a preventative care need during walk-in hours then let us know and your pet will be attended to as soon as possible and in the order of severity of their condition relative to other patients on site at the time of your arrival.

NO. Not for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS of GCAH. Clients bringing in previously established patients will pay regular service prices for all wellness and medical needs anytime they come in to our facility 24/7/365. Feel free to contact us to get more detail on what the requirements are to have a pet classified as an “established patient.”

The After Hours Veterinary Emergency Clinic and Guilford College Animal Hospital are pleased to offer a variety of payment options. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept ATM/DEBIT cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo, checks approved through TeleCheck, Cash, and no interest financing options are available through CareCredit financing.
